1. Reflect on the strategies you would use to communicate information from the evidence you have gathered will
a. Other educators

the educators communicate to each other throughout the day, when not busy (usually when rest time is) staff have a meeting to discuss what they liked and disliked about experiences and activity’s that they have planned and how they can change and make it better and more challenging for the children. This time allows educators to discuss and plan new experiences for each day. If the day was too busy to do this, educators are encouraged to plan their experiences in the room diary or on the online Qk daily program.
b. The child’s family’s
we encourage all staff to communicate to the child family on how there day was. This means communicating what the child has done, if they have had a good day, if they had achieved any of their goals. Parents are able to talk to us face to face as we have an open door policy and they are able to communicate to us by phone calls. All our observations and daily journal/program are online at QK. Parents are given a password so they are able to log on at any point of time to see what their child is up too.
c. Own practices

2. How will you use your observations to provide feedback to the children about their learning, and offer opportunities for them to revisit their learning?
