Formative and Summative Assessment

hi all I am a new webie and I am really stuck on my last part of my assessment to submit
I have to write a one page report that addresses all these points and have no idea how to start.
the subject is project 1 assessment and evaluation processes
services policies and procedure review and these are the question
how do assessment process include both formative and summative assessments?
please someone help me out here diploma in childcare
