Cleaning Soiled Cots, Rest and Safety For Children, Diarrhoea Control

Post by kiranpreet » Wed Oct 04, 2017 9:01 pm

hi there I am a student and I need someone's help to do these questions..

1) what steps must you follow to clean a cot that has been soiled by a child? include in your steps the use of PPE, cleaning chemicals and restoring the bed and bedding to a condition so it can be used by another child.

2) how does service provide opportunities to meet the individual requirements for child's needs for sleep, rest and relaxation? provide three strategies.

3) how does day care ensure that children are safe while resting/sleeping?

4) what would you do if a child in your room came down with diarrhoea?
in your answer show that you have considered:
* following organisational policies and procedures
* looking after the child
* maintain infection control
* reporting outbreak of disease to authority
* confidentiality

5) sign of anaphylaxis action, this requires a specific medication asap.
