CHCLEG001 Work legally and ethically

Post by roxy123 » Fri Jun 03, 2016 7:26 am

Any assistance would be appreciated.

practitioner/client boundaries

1. What are some legal and ethical considerations for people in child care services?
(what are the responsibilities of educators regarding practitioner/client boundaries)
2. How they are applied to organisations?
3. How these impact individual workers?
4. The consequences of breaches?

Thank you in advance.

roxy :)

You had posted this question earlier:

Legal and Ethical Considerations

Are you still having trouble? Did you go through the attachment I added in the topic above?

Or do you have to come up with your own?

Is it referring to anything specific?

The question is in the following table briefly describe each of the legal and ethical considerations their importance in the early childhood education and care industry and a possible consequence of a breach of each

Then you have the legal ethical matter

And you have NQF NQS Duty of care and work role boundries hazars identification and risk assesment and conflict of interest

Then i got to fill in the table brief description importance for early childhood education and care services and consequence of breach hope you could understand this tia

With legal it would probably be best to go through the National Regulations, you would find every legal consideration in there:

Natiional Regulations

In regards to ethics, maybe this will help:

ECA Code Of Ethics
