What age group are you targetting here?

Another thing ... please no offense intended as I realise not everyones 1st language is English but a lot of your questions are grammatically incorrect.
What the colour of Australian flag?
What is the colour of the Australian flag? or since it has a few colours it would be better to ask
What colours can you see on the Australian flag? or simpler How many colours does the Australian flag have?

Some of the questions seem pretty complicated for a child to answer unless its a much older child
Even looking at a pic and then asking a child what is the custom of X they will not understand.
If i ask what are these people doing in the pic? i would get some response.
