Hi Lorina

Describe at least three strategies you can use to ensure you provide individual attention to each child?
Why is this important?

Make an eye contact during nappy change of child, and tell him that it's time to change nappy talk to humans give a smiley expression,do that the child feel happy.

Learn names as quickly as possibly and use them as often as you can for AUesha can you pass me the pen.

Plz check my response
I m on truck or not

Yes, you're on the right track... you can also get down to children's level when speaking to them... Ask them questions and show interest when the children are talking to you...
