Your Question?
I've been asked by my supervisor to create a information sheet to help new childcare workers understand the importance of supporting the development of children.

These are the ones I choose:

Providing quality care for child development and educational success
Indicators of social, emotional and psychological difficulities
How educators can provide support and encouragement
Respecting children's interest
Showing respect whilst dealing with challenging behaviours

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Finding it very hard to find information in these.
