Children's personalities can reflect on their behaviour but it is important to reinforce their behaviour not their personality because it will build up their own knowledge and understanding of what is expected of them within the childcare center. giving child negative or positive feedback encourages children to change or continue their behaviour. it also shows respect to the child, letting them know you are aware of what they do and say and how well they are doing it. :)
