Scenario: Rights & Needs Of Child With Cerebral Palsy

Hi, I've got stuck in these questions. Please help.
Here is the scenario
Sarah, 4yrs. has mild cerebral palsy and has recently begun attending your service. She is cognitively of a similar level to her peers. she wears callipers on her legs, so she moves more slowly that the other children and requires close supervision outdoors on uneven ground. She is not fully toilet trained and yet has occasional tioleting accidents.
a number of children have not been including Sarah in their playing. some parents have expressed the concerns to me regarding the extra demands on staff's time due to the inclusion of Sarah.
how you would present Sarah's rights and needs to those involved including children, parents and staff.
how you would negotiate options with the children and others. outline the possible options available to improve the situation.
Thanks a lot
