hi guys,
i am doing my assessment ...and cant get exactly what i need to put into to this project if you can just clearify what exactly i shall put into it ..maybe things will clearify.
here is what they want

for this task you are required to develop a resource for parents with children under 12 month. The resource must be produced in the for of a booklet and include a range of simple games parents can play with the baby to support and enhance development. Each game should be accompanied by a brief explanation of how it supports development.
your booklet should be delivered into three sections
i. non-mobile infants
ii.mobile infants
iii.finger plays and rhymes

section i and ii
within each section you must include two games under each of the following categories
a. talking and llistening (include singing)
b. problem solving
c. Movement
d. lap-tickle game
e visual motor

section iii
include six finger play rhymes suitable for infants/ toddlers

well what i have done is made thre titles of non-mobile infant with a picture a mobile infant and fingerplays and rhymes
but further dont get what to put in
some examples will be greatly appreciated

whereas under the section ii i have done this finger play rhymes. let me know if they are right

1. open, shut them
open, shut them
give a little clap

open, shut them
open, shut them
lay them in your lap

creep them, creep them
creep them, creep them
right up to your chin

open wide your little mouth
but do not let them in

shake them, shake them
shake them, shake them
just like this

roll them, roll them
roll them, roll them
blow a little kiss.

then i have
2.incy wincy spider
3.the wheels on the bus go
4. five little duck
5.5 little monkeys

Hey Educater,

Thought I'd help you out with this question. :)

With the games that you need to include for Mobile and Non-Mobile infants check out our Children's Activities and Games which can be found on this site, under Resources. There are many games that you can use to help you out with this question. In each game, it also gives the developmental milestones the infant will achieve while playing the game. It's also divided into developmental categories so you can find a games to suit each of the requirements in the question. For example: for language and listening select language development, problem solving select cognitive development etc...

Kids Activities & Games

For finger plays and rhymes the example you had given are great! If you need some more ideas check out the forum topic which discusses different songs and rhymes.

Have a great weekend,

Cheers :geek:,
