Hi could anyone please help me with this. I have no idea what this is and how to answer it. Could anyone at least provide a format.

Project Task 1 – Immunisation Information Email
For this task you are required to create an email for parents in relation to childhood immunisation. Your email will detail:
• The benefits of immunisation
• Where to access information about immunisation for children and adults.
• Reporting immunisation status requirements.
• Exclusion requirements for non-immunised children.
