hi i was wondering if anyone knows where i could find a whole range of different formats of observations?

and was also wondering what jotting are? (might sound silly but ive never done it and never been shown what or how to do it)

Hi Miss_Annette, If you don't mind sharing with everyone, you can just upload your template by attaching it to your post in this topic itself. Just go to "upload attachment" at the bottom when you post reply to add the file. This way other members can also view the template.

this is the template i made & use for child directed ob - ive used the symbols/icons found on this website to keep it all linking.
all the staff except preschool use this template.

i use this one for visitors like police, fireman, pizza hut, ocean life etc

i complete this one when i have extended on a child interest - i use the child ob/child input/ child interest form for the first part and then this form for each extension activities/experiences after.

Group Experience. I use this for when we're involved in a whole group experience.

I use this one when we carry out experiences that aren't linked to child interest I.E naidoc week, valentines day, National Sea week ETC
