Any help on any of these poorly worded questions would be much appreciated :)

2. a) What significant events in your family background or history influence you current values beliefs and attitudes
b) How does this impact your interactions and the relationships you have with children, families, colleagues and community

3. There are many differences between people who live in any community
a) What are some of the cultural identities of the children, their families and the community you live in?

4. Reflect on your own cultural knowledge, attitudes and skills. Identify and record you strengths and the areas that need to be developed.

5. a) How would you determine who appropriate people are the consult with in order to obtain knowledge of local cultural groups.
b) How can early childhood settings provide opportunities for children and families to share their context and cultural knowledge?
c) What opportunities for can be provided for children and their families to enhance their experiences of cultural diversity?

6. Confidentiality and respect are very important aspects of all early childhood education and care settings. How do you ensure that information is presented in a culturally sensitive way and shared with appropriate people?

7. Effective communication is essential for developing and maintaining relationships. What oral communication skills can you use to role-model open, inclusive, ethical interactions with children, families and colleagues?

8. a) How can you support the development if effective partnerships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their communities and your service?
b) What impact has colonisations, historical events and issues had on the Aboriginal and/ or Torre Strait Islander people.

I need help on this question

Suggest three ways that educators can promote learning outcome 2 : children are connected with and contribute to their world - children respond to diversity with respect ?

how might children's services educators provide opportunities for aboriginal and/or Torres strait islander children and families to share context and cultural knowledge?
