Help guys I am stuck on two questions and need some help ....... please

1: Explain what strategies you would use if a child was struggling to communicate that they have been the subject of abuse or neglect ??



2: What factors do you need to consider in order to fulfil your duty of care to children and young people you have contact with through your work ?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Nothing so far stumped!!

For the first question in the Child Abuse Handbook read section 2 on Handling Disclosures. This will give you some strategies you could use.

You can find some factors in the Code Of Ethics.

When asking about factors is it actually meaning this type of thing , respect, courage etc am i on the right path ?
