Found an article on this site. This gives an overview of the different developmental behavioral stages a child goes through 0 to 8 years. You can have a read:

I think she's looking for typical behaviour when attempting separation from parent (not typical behaviour for those age groups in general).
I'm about to to do this task too, and that's how I understood the question, as It's all about separation behaviour at various ages, though I'm also having trouble locating information on this.
